My morning routine usually includes something like hitting the snooze button at least twice, getting up, going to the washroom, turning off my alarm and sleeping for another 10 minutes until i have to rush to get to work on time. haha
Jokes aside, I've found that a shower where I progressively turn the water from hot to warm to cold is a great way to start the day. It's painful when I do it, and I absolutely hate it, but when its over I feel like I've made a small accomplishment to start my day and that makes other goals much easier throughout the day
