I personally prefer personal gym as i am a calisthenics person.
I prefer calisthenics exercises to weight lifting!

I am a small guy and would not love to be mugged up,so calisthenics at home suit me.

The beauty of calisthenics is that you develop very functional strength and many of your stabilizer muscles receive just as much as the primary ones. Makes for very hard bodies indeed!
