Hello Steemit!
This is Ayumi 😊 @ixuxme110
It will be another suggestion of souvenirs in the US for Japanese people.
Last time, I introduced Champaign Bears from Sugarfina.
This time, it will be a lot more affordable and a lot easier to find in anywhere in the US, which are STARBUCKS and TRADER JOES.
Does anyone know that Japanese people love Starbucks and Trader Joes?? These even can be sold on Mericari (online thrifting shop) with an expensive price. So, the two will be one of the great gifts for your Japanese friends!
From trader Joes, I would recommend a shopping bag, dried fruits, and flavored coffee.
First of all, the trader Joes eco bags are huge trend in Japan and many people carry this in their daily lives. It is very cheap in the US ($4 only), so it is a great option for you.
Dried fruit and flavored coffee are also good gifts because they are hard to find in Japan and tend to be more expensive compared to the US.
Form Starbucks, I would recommend a reusable coffee tumbler that you can buy at store for only $2!
Since this is a limited product that can be gained only in the US, many Japanese Starbucks fans would love to get one of those.
Also, because of Japanese people’s traditional/typical mind, MOTTAINAI, having a meaning of respecting the resources around you, they tend to carry their own water bottle, coffee mags, and eco bags. Therefore, the tumbler could be a great option for you if you have friends who have a mind of “Mottainai”.
Also, if your Japanese friends are huge Starbucks fans, I strongly suggest give them Starbucks reward card!
Look at those! These are very cute <3 Some cards can be found only in the US. Therefore, your Starbucks fans might like them a lot. The best thing, these are free.
These are my all suggestions about souvenirs in the US.
I really hope that you found this helpful.
Thank you so much for reading thought the end and I hope to see you soon!
Bye~
Ayumi
