1. Schedule and Plan your day
Take a few minutes to make a list of the tasks you want to complete by the end of the day. Keep it realistic and well prioritized.
2. Exercise / Meditate / Yoga
Whichever makes your energy levels up for the day.
3.Eat well and stay Hydrated.
Your body is 70% water, as you work you start draining it, it's important to drink lots of water throughout the day from the moment you wake up.
4. Take a look at your vision board. (if you don't know, google it)
Affirm your mind to work towards your long-term goals. Spend a small portion of your day working towards it.
5. Dress well, smell good.
Make sure you are well groomed and use mild perfume.
