Aloha!
I totally understand the fear of falling. I tried many ways to overcome the fear and anxiety of falling by participate in sports that might help. One of it is rock climbing. Even from one after another reassurance that I can never fall to my death because the harness is held tightly, I was mortified.
I think this psychological nightmare derives from wanting to stay in control. The funny thing is I fly in dream states all the time and it was never this scary.
Here I am strapped in. Head gear placed. Yet, I couldn't get pass four feet off the ground. I tried but fear is dominating.
Sports are great gateways to conquering fear but sometimes we must let it rest for another time.
Have a wonderful day until we meet again.
Aloha!
Fear is instinctive. You can relax and just live with your fear, or pretend you are a man and conquer it. But remember most men are stupid and do very foolish things to impress a woman. Is there someone you are willing to risk your life to impress?
Well, then...I quit!!! No more big rocks to climb! Over and out baby!
I have that fear too, glad you are working on yours. Will work on mine soon :)
Thank u. Yes, quite a challenge.
Get more strong and you will loose that fear!
Hmmm, that sounds like a catch 22.
