This reminds me of the Book I read last year Mini habits. It talks about how you start small habits such as running one lap per day around the track then next week two laps compounding your strength and results.

We will be able to look back and see how something simple like the single rain drop consistently dripping carved the grand canyon.

Mini habits are really effective! Hehe.

Power comes from cosistent patterns daily. That will set you apart from the pack. Your mind must run 1000 MPH day and night from the womb to the tomb to come up with all of these ideas for posts its mental workout ;)
