Positio #6 Narcos

Narcos is currently one of the best television series out there, I had the opportunity to watch it on Netflix and really that apart from learning many things about the time and about this interesting story, I got several hours of the best entertainment. Narcos currently has 3 seasons, each with 10 episodes of just under an hour; pretty short in comparison to others of the already published series.

Plot

Narcos tells the journey of Steve Murphy and Javier Peña two DEA agents in their eagerness to end drug traffick in Colombia during the eighties, when one of the most recognized drug dealers of all times was starting to emerge in the business of drugs, specifically cocaine, Pablo Escobar.

Before starting as a drug dealer, Escobar already trafficked different types of merchandise with his cousin Gustavo Gaviria, together they had created an excellent reputation in Antioquia; Colombia, for this reason a guy known as Cucaracha decides to contact him and is here when Pablo meets the merchandise that would really take him to stardom, nothing more and nothing less than Cocaine.

Associated with the richest and most powerful men in all of Colombia, Pablo made an authentic fortune that leads him to acquire an excessive amount of properties, such as houses, farms, helicopters and vehicles of all sizes and colors, among many other extravagances as for example the famous solid gold toilet.

But like all good Drug Dealers, Escobar also invested countless sums of money in people and armament, in order to be protected from the national and international authorities that constantly harassed him.

Pablo believed that while he had enough money to buy all the national and international organizations that were after his capture nothing could go wrong, but perhaps it was his ambition that didn’t allow him to see the whole picture.

On the other hand we have all the police and military forces of Colombia who together with agents Murphy and Peña and the rest of the DEA are responsible for doing everything necessary to carry out the arrest of the already known Patron de la Coca.

Opinion

I think that in the world there is not such a detailed and at the same time entertaining way to know this famous and interesting story. The series is simply spectacular, the combination of the plot with the setting of the time and the characters is simply perfect, without a doubt one of the best series I've seen and that I wanted to bring to the Top, it was logical that it would be included, how would not it be in? It is a masterpiece.

Up to here the 5th review of the TOP10-SERIES Section, I really hope you enjoy reading this kind of content, while this section continues to have the support it has had so far, I will continue posting it on the Blog, I have already thought about some things to perform after the Top comes to an end, but well that's a topic for another day.
