Women are more prone to OA. Once it starts appearing as symptoms, usually is progressive. Prevention has no alternate. Vit D, Calcium while staying young keeps us away from OA.

doctor approaches treatment to my mother:
exercise, weight control, therapies & medication to control pain. bus sometimes is never works. any suggestions @doctalks????
i think its the right approach. If the symptoms are controlled or relieved i think the treatment plan can be continued.

my mother also suffering OA, this is too painful & stiffness, especially in the hip, knee & thumb joints.
doctor approaches him treatment:

I feel sorry for your mother :( My mother is still alive and i am afraid of this osteoarthritis even she is suffering from various disease now, mostly diabetes, pressure. We should let them know about this disease before it attack them, we should force/advice them to do what need to do prevent this osteoarthritis. May Allah saves us all from this disease.
Amin.. Overweight is the main point for OA and diabetics both. So balance diet and walking is better for both diseases. May allah bless her.

women are suffering from osteoporosis and osteoarthritis due to overweight , food habit and life style. At that stage fluid are not generated.Medicine is the for the time treatment we should take food supplement also for better healthy life.
