The future of the nation is in the hand of the future generations to come; for which the teachers of present generation have to work.
It is known to all that, if the foundation of a house is not good, it can't resist even a minor jerk. In the changing trend of educational system, where globalisation is playing the major role, on the basis of which educational boards are working and fending for the development of the future to come, is laing far behind, due to lack of proper infrastructure, and inadequate skill man power, creating, darkness, in the life of the future generation, coming up from rural areas.
Proper knowledge of the changing trend and development due to lack of implemented in the remote areas for which non-availability of electricity with which most of the future generation of the rural areas are unknown also plays the major role in slow development of the students of rural areas.
Thus we can conclude that the ecological system is unbalanced due to un-hygienic ecosystem in which the rural mass is developing with improper knowledge of the changing trend in the future.
