So it is better to introspect every night before going to sleep to keep motivated & act accordingly.
Thanks@chbartist sir, it is right that it is not as easy as it seems to follow your resolution, most of the persons forget their resolution after some days as they are not serious about them, they are making it just following other persons or following trend of making a resolution every year.
