You put in all the work you can. You feel you have the best content. You feel you deserve more attention. I could go on and on. These are the things people think and feel when they hop on Steemit. This can be especially true for us creatives. I understand everyone is not looking to be compensated for their contributions to Steemit. But there's a bunch who at least would like to see some sort of success financially with the work they put out. My advice to newbies and Steemians in general is this, THINK LONG TERM & KNOW THAT NOTHING IS GUARANTEED. That's it. Approach your work like a farmer and keep this in mind. Better yet, make it your mantra from now on. Peace.

@humanearl. Such a amazing mantra you posted above. I'm long term thinker and no need to stay steemit for short term profit. I already seen my long term goal and will find it better.
We can't hope short term goals. It will be success very soon. But short aims immediately finish. If we have long goals we can depend for it with take rest.
