They push forward products and services they know are faulty and dangerous because there is no criminal accountability, and any fines can be paid off while still profiting handsomely.

The lack of any accountability where it touches profit is the height of "ethics"; even if it will legitimately kill the end users of of a product, service, or incentive that the company is developing in exchanging for more capital.
It becomes a layered, insidious web when the "retirement" fund the government mandates you must hold is mainly held in these unsustainable, unethical, planet destroying companies.
Never-mind the human suffering today with long hours, exploitative pay and incentive models - the fact that we won't have a habitable planet in the decades to come is the sadder reality.
People really have no foresight, and it makes me so infuriated.
