It has been a while since “what if?” thoughts took over my mind. Some of the things I feared actually happened. It was a difficult thing to experience but being worried about it didn’t help to overcome any of it.
It is amazing how small thought if left an attended slowly controls everything in life until you do not recognize the person you are becoming.
I think being aware that you are worrying too much is good but how does one stops the pattern?
