Creativity is the engine that has been propelling the planet into the dynamism that we can all attest to. An example of the fruits of creativity is the social-economic platform upon which you the readers of this post are reading it from. Definitely, you must be a member of steemit if you are reading this post. Steemit is a perfect example of how creativity has given birth to a site of earning through sharing posts.
For this reason, the subject of steeming up our creativity cannot be swept under the carpet. In this post I am going to illuminate our brains so that those juicy creative ideas you have ever dreamt of can flow profusely. By so doing we shall have better posts in steemit, more positive results in tech-world and in any other arena of your interest.
Have you ever felt like a dummy? Or like someone who cannot do something spectacular and have amazing results like the neighbor that you consider to be more blessed than you? Hold your horses because you are better than what your little brain can comprehend.
The matter of fact is that the scientific algorithm behind creativity is the same but the only difference is that the manner in which we get inspired differs from one person to another. Therefore, from this exposition, one of the points here must spark you to a higher level of creativity.
Collaboration with experts
One of the main ways of boosting your creativity is boarding the train of experts in your field of interest. This becomes the easiest way to learn since other people’s expertise become like unlimited avenues of thinking. The mind opens up through the inspiration and appreciation of the colleague’s work.
However, most of the success chasers don’t like cooperating with others and this becomes their main source of failure. Though they seem like geniuses, they miss the only proverb of unity is strength. Being curious to learn from other people ideas generates more ideas in you. This means that curiosity but not the one that killed the rat leads to creativity.
Unfortunately, most of anti-collaborators rank at the top in competition against their friends. This is the deadliest killer of creativity. There is no need of burning out trying to keep up with Jonesses that are better than you. Do your best and you shall succeed.
Follow your passion
It is quite possible to lose oneself in the creative process and ending up creating a new form of you. This happens when you get involved in things that you have no passion for and you don’t love. There is a mystical strong bond between love and creativity. Most of the times doing the things that you love, that is, your hobby relaxes your mind and boost your creativity simultaneously. One of the best legends I love is Albert Einstein. He says that:

The above words from Einstein can only be received as a law. Although he was considered a genius, his words confirm that even geniuses don’t have a unique formula of creativity. The only difference is that they follow the basic rules that we ignore.
What if you don’t do anything?
Like seriously? This seems paradoxical I guess. But it is a secret that even Alan Cohen trumpeted by saying that
There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.
Most of the time, things happen in the opposite direction that we are taking. This is not exceptional in generating ideas. It is a good practice when the brain cells cannot take it more for you to rest. In the moment of rest most of the ideas tend to pop up.
Consultation
Asking for advice and instructions is not a sign of foolish. Most of the time we torn between two ideas and unable to make the right decision. Instead of wasting a lot of time trying to figure out all alone, it is advice to consult from others. Their decision may be backed up by either previous experience or some other sources of knowledge.
