How I killed the Anxiety 😴 😴and stress in 30 Days??✌✌

Hello everyone let me help you with my own story.My life thrown me to some unexpected circumstances that I never faced before.At first I thought why everything worsen story growing with me ? why I don't get a chance to live and explore my life like other friends and people around me.I was literally failure to take out this hell situation out of my aspiring life.People can very hardly recognize me that I am not well from the mental sickness growing within me.Went to Doctors every week explaining and complaining about my body sensation all is not well.Always send me back with some new list of chemical medicines.Time passed away.

Suddenly I decided never to visit Doctor and Say No To Medicines.Then what?
I have decided to consult my mind and train by myself.
What I did and the approach is quite healing and experimentally proven by myself.
1.Social Media :❌❌❌

I have stopped all the social media I was engaging .Liking other photos and virtually proving all is well despite the real destruction is not Real.It has helped me to engage with me more honestly than focusing all around.
2.News crab: πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

As a great man said "TV News are greatest danger in your life. It's all crap" .It fairly proves to be true.A news always increase your heartbeat and blood circulation inside your body changes.Then question is Why to know about others through the news if you suffer? STOP IT immediately.
3.Playing with my mind: πŸ˜§πŸ‘¨β€βœˆοΈπŸ‘¨β€πŸš’πŸ€΅

Sometime my mind reminds me about my failure,sad moments and it generates fear of failure again.Rather than thinking negative way lets think it in optimistic way.Suppose I got rejected from 5 job offers and on my 6th interview the 5 failure will dance in my mind.Rather thinking 6th failure is compulsory I started thinking I am someone having 5 failure experience.Let's Bang this time.Mind manipulation helps to stay at relaxing mode.
4.Traveling:πŸš—πŸšŠπŸœπŸβ›°

It is always feels good to be lost at right direction.Some time the same place feel you dead.Why don't you go somewhere where you feel most alive.It will take down nearly 50% of your anxiety and worked for me.
5.Yoga: πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ™†β€β™‚οΈ

You can't always control what goes on outside,but believe me you can always control what goes on inside.Yoga is all about self acceptance and engagement.
6.Kill Loneliness:πŸ‘₯πŸ‘₯πŸ‘₯πŸ‘ΆπŸ‘Ά

Mother Theresa said "The most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unloved".Be with someone who really likes and care you.Standing around the loved one is the greatest medicine and valuable.

  1. Comparison: πŸ€‘πŸ˜‘πŸ€«

    Comparison is a violent process against you.If you do it just drop it to get a better life instantly.Never zealous from people ending success ,read or study about hidden story.
    8.Food:πŸ‹πŸŒπŸ‰πŸ“πŸ‘πŸ₯

In anxiety you always need to avoid caffeine items like coffee,tea ,cocoa etc. but always eat the foods make you happy.
9.Music:🎼🎹πŸ₯πŸŽ·πŸŽ§

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.You might be lost here .let it be.Music drives you. It wakes you up, it gets you pumping. And, at the end of the day, the correct tune will chill you down.

These are the 9 foremost habit I adopted and fought the anxiety and got back my life within 4 weeks of discipline.
Finally Never let your emotions over power your intelliegence. If I can do it,then why not YOU??
