Hello everybody!

As a fitness trainer, I can say that the main question and goal of many clients is "how to get abs?", "I just want to tight my stomach", "I just want to get six pack and that's it"... And many more question related with abdominal muscles.
Because of that, Today I want to share with you my experience with abdominal muscles, how do I train them and what is the main problem with many people who wants to get abs.

The most popular muscle in the human body is the abdomen or the six-pack. A few people have them but everybody who train want them. So, what is the problem with having a six-pack? There are many people who have huge muscles, big strength and many years spent in the gym lifting hard but still, they don't have a six-pack...
First of all, I want to say one famous saying "abs are made in the kitchen"... and that is completely true!

Whether or not you will have visible abdominal muscles, it is primarily dependent on the percentage of body fat you have on the body!

Yep, so if you want to see a six-pack on your body, with hard work you need to eat clean too! Without clean food you can workout on your abs every day, but your six-pack will be covered with fat, and there is needed a very little fat to cover the abs, so that is the main problem of visible abs during the whole year because it is hard to be on strong diet whole year without some rest with diets and everything.

So, in order to achieve a visible six-pack, you need to watch what you eat and eat only low-carb food and food rich in proteins.
Also, a calorie deficit is also needed. To lose fat, we need give to the body less energy (and food is the energy), than we need. Therefore, it is recommended to weight the food before consumption so you can always know how much of nutrients is it consumed.

Genetics also play an important role about a six-pack. I personally know some guys who have only 4 abs, and I also know some guys with 8 abs. That is the only question of genetics and you can not affect it.
Also, someone has good genetic so he doesn't have fat on the stomach while someone else has a lot of fat only on the stomach...

Training of abs is not anything special. First of all, I want to say how I personally train my abdominal muscles about 2 times a week and 10 minutes after training.
My favorite exercise for abs is leg raising because I feel the best "pump" in abs with that exercise.

Simple just lay on your back (on the floor or bench and raise your extended leg while your back and gluteus do not separate from the floor or bench but you slightly move the head to the knees and squeeze the abdominal muscles

You are not so fat and you can do whatever you want just if you devote yourself to it and be persistent. For the beginning you can start to read some of my posts about fat loss. Starting is the hardest part, but after you start, everything will be easy.
