Hello everybody!
Today when fitness lifestyle is very widespread, we can see a lot of "healthy" food in the stores. On the pack, we can read "fitness bar", "oat bar", low calorie", "low sugar"...
But is it really like that?
I'm a little-studied all the popular healthy foods from stores and all that I can say is... If you want to lose weight, be fit, stay fit... Do not fall for that trick and avoid that food!
Why am I telling you this?
After my own research, there is nothing even healthy, there is a lot of hidden sugar, fats and with a very small amount of protein. But if our goal is to be fit, as it says on the product pack, we need more proteins and less sugar and fats, especially in combination!

I will show you some examples
Nesquik Duo

As you can see we have over 400 calories per 100 grams and only 8 grams of protein... That means we have 28 calories from proteins... the rest is from fat and carbs... Also, even 25 grams of sugar... That is really a lot!
Fitness and fruits

With over 30 grams of sugar in 100 gr, I don't even know how this can have a fitness name in itself...
There is no much fats, but it is really rich in carbohydrates and sugar with a very little dose of protein.
Ideal for getting fat!
Nestle fitness bar

Per bar (30gr) we have 7 grams of sugar, and that's literally it... Nothing good in that small snack of 30 grams...
You need to be really careful with this food. Always read the ingredients and stay safe from hidden sugar. Today when everyone tries to look fit and healthy, food manufacturers will do everything to trick you and make you buy their products. So, again, do not trust the description "fitness", "healthy", "proteins"... Trust only to the how many calories that have...
