How to learn to dream consciously.

There is even a story that Einstein dreamed of the formula E = mc2.

How to Remember Dreams

Ok, before you can have a lucid dream, you must learn to remember at least one dream a day. The average person does not remember dreams at all - this is not a problem, it's just a matter of practice and willingness. Okay, we're flying with it:

201172.jpg You need to remember dreams. Just think about it during the day and especially when you go to sleep. Your subconscious will catch that you want to remember dreams and you will remember them. People do not remember dreams mainly because they do not have that intention.

Immediately after waking up, do not move, just try to remember your dream. Sometimes you may happen that you wake up in the middle of the night immediately after the dream has finished - save it immediately! You can not remember it in the morning. For example, after I told myself that I want to remember my dreams, I woke up several times each night when each dream was over. Dreams are reminded from the end, so remembering yourself, try to make a story from end to beginning.

Make Himself habit The most important thing is that saving your dreams in your diary has become your ritual. Decide for one form of saving (notebook, computer, voice recorder) and stick to it all the time. If it is a notebook, use one pen and hold the notebook in one place (I was holding it under the pillow). Decide and tell yourself that you will save at least one dream a day. The point is that the continuous repetition of one routine trains your subconscious mind to automatically perform whatever you want - this causes the effects to come much faster.

How Fast Can You Expect Effects?

As always, the effect is individual for everyone (annoying what; P) I could remember the first dream the next morning since I decided that I want to remember dreams. After about two weeks I was able to recall 2-3 dreams every morning and after 4-5 months. The most important is conscientiousness and regularity.

How to Get Awareness In A Dream

Sleep is just as real as "normal" life, so you have to use some way to tell whether you dream or not. Actually, now that you are reading this text, it could also be a dream and you would not know about it. In addition, when we dream, we accept everything that happens, eg when in a dream you are sitting at home and surfing the internet, it will not be surprising if godzilla enters you with a front door and gives you a birthday gift - your dream is suspended.

REALITY TEST (TR)

The reality test consists in performing an activity that will allow you to state clearly whether you are dreaming or not now. It may happen, for example, that you will not be sure whether you are dreaming or not - it means that you are almost certainly in a dream. Do TR and if you really dream, you will automatically become aware.

Examples of reality tests:

Read Something
Start reading, look at something else and look again at what you read. If you are dreaming, the text you have read will change.

Look at your watch
Look at the watch, look away and look at the watch again - if the hour changes, it means you are dreaming. In dreams, watches never show the right time, moreover, often watches with directions have no clues, and electronic ones do not have numbers only strange symbols.

Clench Fingers On Nose
Clench your fingers on your nose and try to breathe. If you can breathe through your fingers, it means you are dreaming

Look at your hands
Look at your hands and study whether or not they look strange. Try to get a finger through your other hand.

Try to levitate
Just try. In a dream, all you have to do is think about something and it happens. If you start levitating, you will immediately become aware.

Switch Light Switch
In sleep, the switches do not work, and if they work they only change the color of light in the room. If the switch does not work, you are probably sleeping (or it has broken the plug: D)
