I get up very early for my morning workout. And then I commute to school. I can't imagine waking up late again. But alarm clock is a necessity for me, at least as long as I am not completely used to getting up at 4 o'clock.

Yeah, working out as one of your first activites is one of the best ways to start the day in my eyes. You feel energized for the day, and you feel great for already completing something productive.
