RE: How much time do you spend on screens?

in #life • 6 years ago

Same here i had started to wear spectacles too at a very young age😂
But nowadays my degree keeps increasing because i stare too much on my smartphone's screen.. I guess it's best to let our eyes rest once in a while when staring for too long on the screen.

To be honest, I don't really have huge increase in my degree of short-sightedness even with my screen usage. They kept on growing before I have those screens though, weird. But I'm not staring at my smartphone's screen for too long at one time too, probably that helped a little.

Ah i see.. Maybe you used too much of your eyes for reading that's why it will increase. I heard they said sometimes if you gt the wrong degree for your spectacles, your degree will increase very fast too cse your eyes will used more strength to get use to the spectacle lens.
Yea..maybe stare at more green trees for 30mins everyday it will helps maintain your degree too..tried it before and it works but that time i totally avoid looking at any screen and let my eye rest more... Surprisingly my degree went down a little after that...

Sooooooooooo you are telling me that it is actually really possible to get the degree down to some extent without surgeries? Now you've got me motivated. Gotta stare outside after I complete this post... 😂
