RE: I was a musician, I was never a good one: Part 3

I recall intentionally going to clubs where the music was so loud that if you wanted to try to flirt with a girl you had to shout at her because talking was impossible. Those were back in the days of pretty relaxed sexual harassment laws where if you did want to flirt with someone you just tried you luck by grinding on them. I can't believe that this was ever considered acceptable behavior but we didn't have camera phones back then so, well. Plus the girls were ok with it at the time. People and times change!

Coke can be very useful in certain situations. I still think that it is a pretty dangerous thing in the wrong hands but since it is so expensive people don't generally get hooked on the stuff. It's a designer drug for the most part or at least it was back when I was a regular user of it.

I often wonder if those guys in the band are ok, I hope so. We drifted apart and I have not spoken to any of them in decades.

Yeah, times change indeed. I must admit, I feel lucky I am not a girl. Many of them got (and still get) men doing whatever in clubs and bars. Mostly kinda harmless stuff like hands on ass and things like that but still. Most of my friends didnt even tell when something like that happened, the kept it for themselves. For some Sunday night out at a gay club was their preferred club night for those reasons.

Coke in my country is used more often year after year. Truckloads are entering the country. These days, quite pure to super pure distribution to the user (no to low tampering with the real deal). I guess for most users it is not a problem, since more or less recreational.
