yes it seesm the rules which our Grandparents lived by are long gone !! Where financial obligations and payments were to be settled as soon as the work completed and the Bill for the said work was recieved ! Our generation seems to feel that its no big deal to not pay on time as indeed they see the same practive going on all around them. All part of the moral and financial "slip " installed by our society in recent years !! I hope that this might change but it needs a return to decent living and respect for people thast have given you their time and service !! great post @exyle upvoted !
