Thank you for the mention!
And you know... the Engagement Goddess is such a compliment! I love reading your posts and comments!

20-25 comments per day is not unrealistic at all.

Like you, the first month on steemit I was floundering... but I soon found my groove and rhythm and have been just going for it all ever since!

Love the @promo-mentors! I am a mentor in the homesteading and gardening community plus I have been working with @davemccoy and his #newbieresteem day initiative; where he sets up a weekly post called #deardawne and new steemians can ask me questions and I try my best to answer and guide them.

Looking forward to your 20th comment in one day... coming soon!

OMG the Engagement Goddess graces my post! I'm so happy. I just saw the new stats from @abh12345 and everyone in SOG is just killing it with kindness and support!

Ever since seeing those I have aspired in my own little way to connect and spread the love more and both @promo-mentors and @steemitfamilyph is helping me find great people that needs our support. The first month is critical and we have lost a great number of potentials that quit because they could not feel they belong.

This is why I love what you folks are doing in Stewards of Gondor. One upvote, one comment at a time you make a difference.

I agree, the first month's retention rate may be a little low. SO many feel intimidated, lost and eventually get frustrated so they leave. I am doing my best to keep those who are here and to gather the new incoming and envelop them with guidance, support and suggestions; hence why I am enjoying @davemccoy's initiative. The things I am finding to be hurting these new steemians are basic and once they get some positive words, reinforcements and ideas, they are getting more comfortable.
