Do you conceal things because you fear- of what people will do or say ? You see the truth yet refuse to say. The truth I know sets free; it sets free because there is someone who bears witness.
I don't even know what this is; but I know there is judgement. Your life is truth; you were called to live it just the way it is. The moment you ignore your truth or decides to fake the things you say in fear or favour, you will be held accoubtable for those things.
It is better to live a life of truth, a life that reflects a true purpose than live to impress others in lies and as slaves to them. A life of lies keeps one unsure and devastated when the innocent ones are being vindicated.
Let them call you names, scorn or fight you. Choose to live the truth always. It might seem difficult and uncomfortable at first but I tell you that will set you free- from troubles, distress and hidden dangers.

Truth will set you free, it will give you peace of mind. You might have fewer friends or many adversaries but you will be able to walk with your head high. Believe me it is better to stand alone in truth than living a lie with a crowd. Thank you for this write up .

My idol Bruce Less once said, it is not easy to express oneself honestly. I guess it has the same meaning by being one's own truth. Some may never find the truth in their whole life. Big topic.
I usually do not talk about anything that troubles me in any way, shape or form unless I am convinced that talking to someone is going to help me solve that problem.
I do usually respond openly and honestly when I get asked twice. First time being asked, I usually just skip it if I don't feel like there is any particular reason in discussing it but if the asking party is invested, I answer because at that point, not doing so would just cause more annoyance.
People say that sharing a burden makes it easier to bear. I am someone who has carried many a burden of many people and while I am remarkably strong, I noticed that it leaves marks. Dealing with someone elses problems either drags you down or makes you co-dependent to them. I also found that it makes it hard for me to be a good man during good times, so my attitude had to change regarding this.
I am not loading my bullshit on anyone else because in most cases, there is no point in putting someone in a bad mood because of me when there is no actual value to it. The other way around, I don't want to be troubled with other peoples problems that do not concern me or can't be solved by me.
