Ein Jahr endet nicht plötzlich.
Es klingt aus.
In Erfahrungen, in Erkenntnissen,
in dem, was bleibt.
Gesundheit wächst dort, wo man achtsam wird.
Freiheit dort, wo man Verantwortung übernimmt.
Erfolg zeigt sich oft leise –
in kleinen Schritten, die nach innen und nach vorn führen.
Nicht alles liegt in unserer Hand.
Aber alles beginnt mit einer Entscheidung.
Für das neue Jahr wünsche ich uns allen Frieden,
Vertrauen in den eigenen Weg
und die Weisheit, das Wesentliche zu erkennen.
