Working out is fun, eating well avoiding sugar is hard. I'm in shape, but could be "more" in shape. I try counting my food intake with apps and after a week, that's over. It's tuff when everyone looks at you and sees you in prime tip top shape, but unless you are not where you want to be, nothing matters. Be true to yourself. Thanks for a fun story!
