Well, I guess it is still better to buy a tiny house and finish paying it in a reasonable amount of time (or maybe pay it cash if you saved enough), than to move into larger houses under endless mortgages that you don't know if you will be able to pay them off or not eventually, with a real risk of losing BOTH the house and your money if things gets too difficult. Better to have a tiny house under my name than to, well, jump into an uncertain place with an uncertain outcome.
