You know the way these agencies try to formalize somethings make me laugh, why do they fine them $67, why did they not make it $60 or $70 or a round figure, they want to make it look like they carried out a lot of calculations to arrive at the value that's why they chose to use an odd number $67.Really wacky.

That is the value in USD. As they don’t use USD the fine would be in local currency. Only translated into USD for the article!
I know, what I focused on was the numeral that is 67 and I meant why did they not just make it 70 or 60 or 80,a whole number, and not an odd number
