That being said, from my research into the symptoms she is showing, I suspect either pancreatic or gastric cancer. I think she is in a state of resignation.

Please don't allow the robber-barons to do so. They put up absolutely ZERO as collateral for your mom's house but instead created the $$$, for the loan, out of thin air. That is called FRAUD. They are in cahoots with the "government" and are allowed to act as creditor while we are the debtor. They risk absolutely nothing. The only risk they have is if people wise up to their game and make a run on the banks.
