With the cost of utilities, property tax, insurance and incidentals - Mortgage principal and interest aside, it is becoming less and less likely for people who are younger to experience home ownership. Where I live a basic home is around $450,000 a year but minimum wage is only $10.00 an hour. At this rate how can anyone who isn't a lawyer or doctor afford to have a home. If it wasn't minus 40 for 4 months of the year and winter for the other 8, I would be all over this tiny home concept
