RE: Hack Your Weight Loss

in #life8 years ago (edited)

You are not a dietician (I read in the comments here that you said you were not a professional) and have no evidence to back any of your advice other than personal experience and your opinion. You could at least state all of this at the top of your article and label this as an opinion post.

Sort:

Holy cow, People don't have to get degrees to know things. It's not like I'm recommending full on Surgeries! I'm simply talking about helpful habits that can improve your ability to lose weight.
Besides ANYTHING ANYONE posts is a OPINION!
Including professionals! IT"S THEIR OPINION!
This is my BLOG and I can post whatever I'd like. I'm not telling you how to run your blog.

I said evidence. Which is not opinion. Solid evidence is often found through a non-bias peer-reviewed scientific study. And finding these studies to support your health advice is worth the time. And there are plenty of them already written and well reviewed don't worry. Health is pretty important and care needs to be taken in giving diet-related recommendations especially I think.

Yeah you are right, of course you don't have to label it as opinion. I know I would so I wouldn't be misinforming somebody and to help them think twice about anything I was saying.

I said you could at least do that, if you wanted of course. Not "do what I say".

Obviously, you can post whatever you'd like
