I haven't. Each plant requires specific temps and times. Kind of comolex, but I am going to grow my own herbs to have as a backup. I can use fresh or dry and encapsulate them if need be. I have videos teaching about essential oils on YT. I will try to post links here on Steemit. They start out teaching what they are and why they work. They are live chats...like a class. Very informative. I will try to post one tomorrow or later tonight. There's a lot to learn about them!

Anyhow, wasn't trying to plug my channel or content, just letting you know it will be available if you truly want to learn about them.

Yeah, It does seem quite complex when it comes to distilling the oils. Looking forward to checking out your videos. Thanks for creating them!

Absolutely! By the way, I don't sell oils or sign anyone up. I just teach others their benefits and uses.

Right on. What are your favorite quality brands?

I love Young Living. They are very particular about the product they put out. They don't add chemicals or toxins to their products and they test every single batch both in house and through independent testers. If even the smell is off just a little, they will not use it! They put their patrons over profits. I have seen it done. They are a bit more expensive but there aren't fillers and they are the highest quality in my opinion. They are medicinal quality, therapeutic grade.

Nice. I've gotten some of their oils and it does seem great quality. It's worth the extra for medicinal grade for sure.

Definitely!!!
