This was the first time I really tested "Lifetime Warranty" and it was Everki with Everki Studio backpack.
The bag already had more than 3 years, and was in places you couldn't imagine. It served damn well!!! But it also showed some minor problems with time, especially bothering was the inside pockets which were torn for some time. I decided to check the Lifetime Warranty.
I was not disappointed!!!
After sending a support email with photos of defects and purchase receipt, they managed to replace the Everki Studio backpack with a new one!!! Totally Awesome!!
This conviced me to buy another Everki backpack for 2-3 day travel - the "concept" bag. It comes with price, it comes with great quality, also awesome customer support!!! THANKS EVERKI!!!
