Congrats on beginning your new education. This year is very interesting indeed and is pushing people into things that they hadn't thought possible before. Flexibility is a very good thing to have in these times.
I love ginger. I love beer. I love simple. This is all of them and I have to try this.

You can actually grow ginger indoors as a houseplant! I grow mine indoors and outdoors! Leah rhizome on top of semi dump dirt and watch it grow it doesn’t even need to be in direct sunlight!
I've only managed indoors once, it was not the best soil I think or I did not water it right. Some things I can grow super well, others... well not quite so well.
Like me trying to grow cucumbers lol😋
