I'm doing guided meditation for the moment because I start so I do not have any real technique, I'm what the voice of the recording tells me ^^
When I travel the most important for me is to be in connection with people, simply. ;)

I'm doing guided meditation too! Do you have any type that you prefer? Like deep breathing, relaxation, thinking, etc.?
I also believe connecting to the locals and people while travelling allows us to truly understand the country :)
