Two Personalities Related to Success and Failure. Which one are you????

Hi, Steemians. This will be my 1st post, YAAY!!!! and I wanna write about the two type of Personalities in relation to success and failure that we have in the world.

The First personalities are the PRODUCERS!!!!

The producers are those that always get things done no matter how tight their schedules are. They feel they have to do the work and not go through any shortcut. They are always on top of their game and never give up.

The producers are always Number 1 in any venture you find them. They don't normally wait for someone to kick them in the ass before getting things done. They stay motivated always

A Producer is always hardworking and remains consistent with whatever he is doing. When a producer achieves something, they don't tie it to luck. They see it as a result of hard work and consistency.

The second personalities are the ENTITLED

These set of people are those that link everything to luck, They are always needy: they need a job, they need someone to motivate them, they need a lucky position in their job or business.

The Entitled are the "who is gonna give me something" personality. They are not ready to produce to actually earn something, but rather looking for how to get fortunate.

The Entitled are the worst team players and you mostly see them at the bottom of any organisation.

In Conclusion,

Hard work, Determination and Consistency are three key attributes everybody have to possess. Success doesn't come over night.

Everybody wants to live a good and colourful life, but little want to do the work required.

My message for you that is reading this post now is to keep up hard work if you are already a producer, and for the entitled, It's never too late. You can make a change this moment!!
