No, you are not telling the truth. Relative to world history, 99% of the population lives a much higher standard of living than people throughout history. You are a perfect example of someone who's read too much media that has been dishonest.

If you look at the richest category of people, you'll also see major turnover the last forty years. For an example, why aren't the DuPonts one of the richest families, like they were forty years ago? What happened to Elizabeth Holmes' billion dollar story? The list goes on and on. The rich are temporary and we see people move in and out all the time.

So no, we do not see massive poverty like you're claiming and people are breaking out of poverty all the time. Let's write about their story - it's far more interesting and helpful.
