Individuals can do a lot. Stop using debt. Stop using credit cards and bank loans. If you need a loan, get one from a peer to peer lending place like prosper or lendingclub instead. The more debt we take away, the less spending we do, and the more savings we keep, the less blood the beast has within it. Bleed it to death by a thousand cuts!

Crypto is part of the solution as an alternative to bankster controlled fiat, but people also need to get out of debt and stop using it. Nation states are even more guilty with abuse of debt. If you don't have the money for it, do not buy it. A mortgage is probably the only exception I would have, and even those should be done carefully.
