Your story moved me. I'm so sorry to hear about your misfortune and wish you the best of luck going forward. I grew up in a drug-infested neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio in the 80's. Many people don't realize how easily this kind of thing can happen in our law enforcement/ justice system. I saw many people I grew up with end up in jail or dead. My brother and I got away from there as soon as we could and were just a handful of the lucky few who did. Keep your head up and do your best to live a positive life.
