It merely hides the problem as I said earlier and does not deal with it.

open and frank discussion is the best way to accomplish this.

sometimes, even if we are open - what if the other side is not - that's another problem. Even here, I've been called names in the chat - by some who even thought of me as a different person - sighs. I just try to remember what you wrote on the Etiquette article you wrote back then -
