Agreed. Why should a post deserve rewards if it steals content from others. You have changed some words so they don't even make sense in English, e.g. "A bustling terminus" to "A clamoring end". By buying votes you have made yourself a target for justified flagging.

Er, don't copy content you didn't create would be a good start. He has highlighted your sources, which you did not bother to credit. Plagiarism gives Steemit a bad reputation and buying votes makes it even worse. You got caught out and we will be watching you from now on. Be original and you will deserve rewards. Think about what people really want to read.
