I've always been upfront and honest at my workplace, thought I avoid making any mistakes because I take my job seriously (sometimes too seriously), but even in the cases I do mistakes I always look for solutions. And that's all that matters since we cannot undo the past, but compensate in the future.Interesting point about willpower, @kaylinart! Will keep that in mind actually, since sometimes I tend to be a perfectionist and it drains lots of energy! (more harm than gain)
