There is a city in Brazil in which only women live, the community of Noiva do Cordeiro was founded in 1890. Men can enter only if they comply with certain rules.
In total 600 young people between 20 and 35 years old live in Noiva do Cordeiro, in the southeast of the country.
The settlement was founded in 1890, when a family was excommunicated from the Catholic Church accused of adultery. Over the years, many single women and single mothers joined the community.
The children of these women leave the city at the age of 18. However, as time has progressed, the rules have become more flexible and the people admit that they feel very lonely lately.
That is why women have decided to invite all men who are interested in visiting them.
They only have one condition: "Do what we say and live according to our standards," they declared.
