If you are talented and skilled you shouldn't have to fight for position or role...that is the problem...competition instead of cooperation and respect for talent, vision and creative ideas. Nobody should have to be a warring person in order to prove themselves to others who are probably not as skilled. That is the problem that Americans believe anything can be gotten through force.
