Nice post. I think anyone who has worked in the service industry for any extended period of time can relate. It seems many people feel like they need to shit on everyone they encounter that works in these positions. Usually making minimum wage, working a menial job, and not at a pay rate even approaching what would be reasonable to take that kind of abuse. Seriously, fuck those people, and fuck that guy!
