I'd love to live and work in Japan but from what I've read, the work environment seems way too stressful. It's no wonder nobody wants to be in a relationship. My ex-girlfriend takes a train 2 hours each way to work in Nagoya. People likely lack the time and energy, let alone the interest.
I wouldn't mind visiting at least. When I was younger I was obsessed with anime. It's crazy expensive to live too...I think Tokyo is still #2 or #3 most expensive cities in the world still.
I was fortunate enough to travel there last year. While it is expensive, you are really taken care of. Everything is clean and services are extremely efficient. I liked it so much I'm gonna go back there this October haha. It's seriously one of my favourite countries in the world. I recommend going there if you have the time and money.

There is a word in Japan to describe when people (usually men) die from working too much. I think that helps signify it further. Also if you're using the safari browser, I suggest trying chrome to watch the video!

Yeah I've heard that too. I think it also applies to women. It's just a word for dieing from working too much.
I'm using Chrome but I'm in China so I'm also using a VPN. That might be the issue.
