I think it would just be the building costs. Property taxes would depend where you are.... and land of course, is the Biggie :/

I know right? Just makes you wanna curl up with a good book by the fire, listening to the rain(I think we are freudian slippin' our current local weathers, haha). Sustainability is great, but a life you don't need a vacation from, appeals to me the most!
