you know, @crok, that i have the same opinion as you in many things that you say in your posts. when you posted about 300 seconds of exercising, i actually was doing it ten days, but i have my own exercises which help me to deal with my ankylosing spondylitis, and of course, never leave your home without a bottle of water, thanks

the 300 seconds a day is about getting ppl moving their body's. by focusing on the upper body muscles this extra muscle mass will slowly metabolize fat away over days weeks months. the bonus is hopefully that is everyone's minimum and they might do more but always aim for the 300 seconds a day at least !
