This was definitely something that we can't see every day and I kinda can't see the point why they made this presentation in the middle of nowhere. Why would anyone present expensive cars in the city where surely nobody can afford this kind of car. So I heard the rumors that they are here because of filming of trailer for the movie that will be filmed here next year.
So, what made almost thousand of people to come and watch this?
Many people here already came into age but they've never seen a Porsche or a Rolls Royce. So they made a little ride through the riviera, showed off with the hard sound and speed, with some extra hot ladies on the passenger's seat... they stopped for 15 minutes, then everything came back to normal.
OK, it wasn't so bad, I can't criticize all ;)!
I must confess that I enjoyed for that 15 minutes and took some photos, made some GIFs for this post.

Some of drivers first slowed down and then suddenly accelerate wrongfully thinking that it will cause admiration of present people. The most important thing in this procession is that police stopped the traffic and openly threaten the people around only because some rich dudes decided to show us why they are worthy and why we are not!

I don't see the point of this manifestation in one of the poorest cities in relatively poor country! So we went out as pawns to accept the fact that this city, these roads and streets can become their ownership if they like so!
It was not possible to take any sharp photos of these cars while they were driving.
When they stopped the cars, it was very crowded around them.

I approached the Audi on the photos just above to see the control panel. The driver (probably the son of a war profiteer like most of them who never worked but have everything) asked me:
"Would you like to have a car like this?"
"Yes!", I answered.
"So, why you don't have one?", the driver was pretty serious about the luxury.
"Because, if I had one, I would sell it and give the money for charity!", that was my answer.
"That's why you will never afford the car like this!", said the driver and I couldn't say nothing more!
Don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't give money to a charity.
Not because I don't care, because the CEO of that charity probably has a car like that, not from the money he already had, but from the money he earn with his charity! And I know, they DO help some people, but lets say about 30-40% (if not lower) of that money is used to help people (or animals or whatever)
If I want to do something good, I'll do it myself 👍
I understand what you're saying and, sadly, everywhere is the same situation about that. I would rather say that I used the word "charity " as a symbol for all what could I do with all that money. Thanks for the comment.
True. Ive looked at many because the bigger charities report the CEO compensation publically. A million a year total package is not unheard of....just think not one year, but every year...sad. Upped

I love cars, but all those cars from photos are cool but it doesn9t attract me. Some day if I will have large amount of money, I will buy the Alfa Romeo collection from the 60's.
Some kind of race car movie, I see they all had some kind of sponsor markings on them. Lots of money in movies.
