Life is dicey: it seems we all agree ,that it's uncertainty can yield diverse outcomes in respect to how prepared we are.
Some outcomes of life make us wish, we had some abilities and preparations in place for each hurdle of life. This is where the word "Limitations" come into play. Just as, we are all born as flesh and blood with the same functions, some of us unfortunately don't come into this world as functional like most of us(that's their first form of limitations). Several factors like genetics, environment, parenting and among others, play a crucial role in how we are limited, or in terms of dealing with our limitations.
About myself (@dropd):
As a young boy: I always dreamed of becoming a Pastor, but I had to adapt a different path along the way. As my parents, especially my Mother only wanted me to become a Doctor. Growing up, I was a good public speaker because of my passion for pastoral work. Unfortunately, I had to confine myself to my room and minimize my social inclusive activites: all because I had to learn almost all the time. [😔 sad]. I feel bad talking about it, so I will stop here. I'm enjoying my medical related path though, but I will try my best to do both (Rev. Dr. Oti, Darko Prince).
Is funny, how I wished I had 'Savante Syndrome', just to have distinct basic skills above normal. This would have helped me ease past my limitations in becoming who I want to be and what my parents want me to become. Unfortunately, Savante Syndrome is a condition with mental disability, is also memory related with the characteristics of extreme or distinct basic skills or abilities beyond the average.
In conclusion, I would partly blame myself for who I am now, because I believe I'm capable of having more than I have now. Just as life is dicey: Its never too late....lol
Its never too late to achieve anything in life, just stay focus, and the sky would definitely be your limit.
Thanks @Sophy66. I will keep that in mind.
